Your records, shown the way you need them
Orders and their shipments show how FasterOS keeps and shows records: every form saves what people enter, and reports show it with the columns, sorting, filters and Stats you choose, with related records a click away. All without code.

Set up with a few choices
A report shows one form’s records. Its settings decide what each one shows:
- Header Fields are the columns, with short labels if you like (Qty, Total). Extended Fields show when a record is clicked.
- When adds the date; Sort By puts the newest or oldest first.
- Timeframe shows only today’s, this month’s, last quarter’s records and more. Query Builder filters by any field.
- Allow Edits and Allow Adds let people change and add records right in the report.
- Show Analytics adds Stats.
Stats, worked out for you
Stats count each choice and work out numbers: how many orders of each product and status, and for quantities and amounts the count, total, average, lowest and highest. $372.00 in all, $46.50 on average.
Details on a click
Longer fields stay out of the columns and show when a record is clicked: here, the notes on Ada Lovelace’s order.
Related records, a click away
Records can belong to other records. Shipments come from a second form, and each order’s Shipments button opens just its own, right under the order. A shipment added there is linked to that order automatically.
Edit and add in place
With edits allowed, Edit opens a record in its own form, right in the report. Save, and the report shows the change; the record keeps its place in the list. Add opens an empty form the same way.
Filters and page size
A report can show only the records you want. This one shows shipped orders, three to a page: the three newest shipped orders, however many others there are.
