Ask the Assistant to build a form for you

Describe it in plain words; review what it will build; create it in one click.

1. Ask in plain words

   Open your team, choose Assistant, then Begin. Type or say what you need, the way you’d tell a person: here, a catering inquiry form with the event date, guests, pickup or delivery, an address only for delivery, dietary needs, a budget and contact details, with each inquiry saved.

2. Review it before it exists

   The Assistant shows what it will build before anything is made: the form, what it’s for, and the logic it wrote, here hiding the address until someone chooses delivery. Choose Create, or Dismiss and ask for changes.

3. It’s yours to change

   The form is in UI & Data with the rest of your forms. Change it like any form you built yourself: fields, settings, logic and sharing.

4. Ready to use

   Open it from Sharing, Open Link. Every field is there, with no address until it’s needed.

5. The logic works

   Choose Delivery, and the Delivery Address field appears. Each inquiry is saved as a record, ready for a report.
