  1. Turn on Auto Database

Open the form in UI & Data, choose FormSettings, switch Auto Database to On, and choose Submit. From then on, every submission is saved as a record in your team’s database.

  2. Take some submissions

Fill the form in and choose Submit, the way a customer would. They see a thank-you, with Submit another for the next one.

  3. See the records

Back in UI & Data, the form now has a Database section. Open it to see every submission, newest first, and edit any of them.

  4. Create a report

To share them with your team, choose Reports, then Create new Report. Open it, choose Settings, and give it a name, Cake Orders.

  5. Choose its columns

Under Header Fields, choose Select source, pick the form, then the fields you want as columns. Choose Close, Done, and then Submit.

  6. Your report

Every submission, one row each, with the columns you picked. New ones appear as they come in.

  7. Share it

Every report has its own link. Choose Share to set who can see it, then Copy Link or Open Link.

  8. Open it on its own page

Choose Open Link, and the report opens on its own page, ready to bookmark or send to your team.

  9. Search and sort

Click the column headings to open search, filters and sorting. To have them open every time, turn on Open Search in the report’s Settings.
