Put an AI agent to work on your own data

Custom AI agents designed in conversation, with their own instructions, model and access to your records.

For example: a wine pairing guide that recommends a bottle from the winery’s own wine list, within the guest’s budget. The same fields, settings and functions build anything you can imagine for your business.

Describe it in plain words

In your team’s menu, open Agents and choose Create new Faster Agent. The Agent Creator asks what the agent should do: what people will tell it, how it should behave, what it answers with, and what it may use. Say it all at once and it asks only for what’s still missing.

Review everything before it’s created

Nothing is saved until you press Create. The proposal shows exactly what you’re getting:

• The recommended model, why it fits, and what it costs per million tokens.
• What it can do, such as the forms whose records it reads.
• Its greeting, and the full instructions it will follow.

Answers from your own records

Give an agent the forms it should read, a catalog, a price list or inventory, and it answers from their current records, quoting names and prices exactly. Asked about grilled salmon at about $40 a bottle, the guide picks the Estate Chardonnay at $38 from the wine list.

Fine-tune it any time

Open the agent on the Agents page to change its name, description, greeting, the forms it reads, web search and its instructions. Save, then press Start to talk to it right there.

Focused on its job

An agent gets only what you give it: no web search unless you turn it on, no access to forms you didn’t name, and none of the Assistant’s app-building tools. People can talk to it by voice or text, and save a conversation to pick up later.
