Agents that run your processes
Describe a business process in plain words, and FasterOS builds an agent that runs it: step after step, by itself, pausing for a person’s approval when it needs one. It starts when a form is submitted, on a schedule, or by hand, and keeps every step on record.

Describe it in plain words
Open Agents and choose Create new Faster Agent. Say what should happen, in what order, who approves, and which forms it uses. The Agent Creator asks only for what’s missing.
Steps you can read
It writes the steps in Jade, the FasterOS logic language, and checks every form, field, chat and person they name against your team before you see them. Review them, then choose Create agent.
Started by a form, a schedule or by hand
Agents live in Jade with the rest of your logic. A form can start one each time it’s submitted, a schedule every hour, day or week, or anyone on the team by hand with its inputs. Edit any step at any time.
People in the loop
When a step needs a person, the agent asks a team chat group or a team member, by chat and email, and waits: for an approval, a decline with a note, or a task marked done. Then it carries on by itself.
Every step on record
Approvals & runs, in Jade, lists what’s waiting for you and every run step by step: what it did, who approved and when, and what it sent. A run that stops says why, and whoever started it hears about it.
What an agent can do
Each step is one action, and steps can branch on an answer.
- Ask AI: summarize, draft, classify or extract, in any step.
- Work with records: find, create and update records in any of your forms, and count them.
- Bring people in: ask for approval, assign a task, or post to a team chat, and wait as long as it takes.
- Send email and text messages, and start another agent.
- Wait for a set time, like two days, before the next step.

How agents fit in.
- Do I need to write code? No: describe the process and the Agent Creator writes the steps. They’re readable, and you can edit them.
- What if a step names a form or person that doesn’t exist? It’s caught before the agent is saved, with a suggestion for what you meant.
- Who can approve? A team chat group (anyone in it) or a named team member.
- How is it different from a chat agent? A chat agent answers people as they talk to it; a multi-step agent runs a process by itself, over minutes or days.
