The data in this application is organized hierarchically, starting with customer companies, then their service locations and related work orders. Invoices are tracked per company, while appointments and media records are nested under work orders or related entities.
- Company — no parent
- Contact belongs to Company — to store individual contacts for each customer organization.
- Service Location belongs to Company — to define specific sites where work is performed for a customer.
- Work Order belongs to Service Location — for tracking specific jobs at a particular site.
- Appointment belongs to Work Order — to schedule technician visits for a specific job.
- Invoice belongs to Company — for billing and tracking payments for services rendered to a customer.
- Media belongs to Work Order — for attaching files and photos relevant to a specific job, and can also be linked to Company and Service Location records.
