How it fits together

The data is organized around core projects, with tasks nested under them. Workflows are defined independently and can be linked to tasks, while media can be attached to both projects and tasks.

• Task belongs to Project — Tasks are individual units of work that contribute to a larger project.
• Media belongs to Project, and also Task — Files and documents can be associated with either an entire project or specific tasks within it.
• Project — This is a standalone record, representing a primary work effort.
• Workflow — This is a standalone record, defining automation logic that can be applied across projects and tasks.
